None of our wines undergo filtration or clarification, and there isn’t enological adjuvants and sulfites in all of our wines. Any sulfites in our wines come from natural yeast fermentation, spontaneous fermentations are carried by wild yeast naturally present on the grapes.

Cinquecampi Rosso : a sparkling red with hints of red fruits; quite tannic and full bodied

Rio degli Sgoccioli : Red Spumante metodo classico, with hints of white fruits and grapefruit, fresh and mineral

Le Marcone : a still red with hints of red fruits, spices, coffee, ‘china’; tannic and quite full bodied

Terbianc : a sparkling white with hints of white fruits; honey, and medium bodied

La Bora Lunga : a still aromatic white with hints of dried flowers; medium bodied

Particella 128 : Spumante metodo classico, with hints of white fruits and grapefruit, fresh and mineral

L’Artiglio : Spumante metodo classico, with hints of dried flowers, sage, and grapefruit, full bodied and mineral

Tribülê : an aromatic muscat wine with hints of apricot, fig and citrus fruits; fresh and very full bodied

Bordeaux : a still red with hints of cherry, cocoa and rhubarb; soft and quite full bodied
